Guide
Every person is different, and every massage has its particular strengths. The right choice depends on your current complaints, your lifestyle and your goals. As the winner of the Swiss Massage Championship 2026, I am happy to advise you personally in my practice and help you find the ideal treatment. Read on for an overview of the different options.
The Relaxation Massage is your ideal companion for stress and mental exhaustion. Flowing, rhythmic movements with pleasant scents release mental tension and give you inner calm. I work with gentle to medium pressure to specifically calm your nervous system. The treatment typically begins in the neck and shoulder area, where stress most commonly accumulates, and then flows over the entire back down to the legs. Essential oils such as lavender or bergamot enhance the relaxing effect and positively influence your mood. After the session, many clients report improved sleep, fewer headaches and a feeling of deep serenity. Perfect after a long work week or during particularly stressful phases of life.
Learn moreThe Classic Massage targets your problem areas precisely and is the most proven method for back pain and tension. Gentle yet deep-reaching techniques such as kneading, stroking and rubbing release tension, improve circulation and bring lightness back. At the beginning of the session, I carefully palpate the affected areas to locate hardening and trigger points. Then I work systematically from the large muscle groups to the specific problem areas. The intensity is individually adjusted to your pain sensitivity. Most clients feel a noticeable improvement in mobility after the first session. For long-term results, I recommend a series of 4-6 treatments at intervals of one to two weeks.
Learn moreThe Sports Massage supports your recovery and prevents injuries. I use intensive techniques such as deep tissue pressure, stretching grips and cross-fibre friction, specifically tailored to the stressed muscles. Before competitions, the focus is on activation and promoting circulation to boost your performance. After training or competition, I work on reducing lactate accumulation and accelerating muscle recovery. The Sports Massage is particularly effective for recurring problems such as runner's knee, Achilles tendon issues or shoulder tension. I adapt every treatment to your sport and training programme. Many athletes in the Schwyz region trust me as their regular massage therapist.
Learn moreThe Anti-Cellulite Massage activates metabolism, improves lymph flow and firms the skin. Through special techniques such as rhythmic kneading, vacuum effects and targeted pressure movements, microcirculation in the affected tissue areas is significantly increased. The treatment focuses on the typical problem areas: thighs, buttocks and abdomen. Waste products are released and their removal via the lymphatic system is stimulated. Visible results appear after a regular series of 6-10 sessions. The skin looks firmer, smoother and better supplied with blood. For optimal results, I recommend drinking plenty of water and incorporating light exercise into your daily routine.
Learn moreThe Pregnancy Massage is safe from the second trimester onwards and helps with back pain, swelling and sleep problems. Everything is carried out gently in a comfortable side-lying position with special positioning cushions, so you and your baby are safe and comfortable at all times. The focus is on relieving the lower back, legs and shoulders - the areas most stressed during pregnancy. Gentle strokes and light pressure promote lymphatic drainage and can noticeably reduce water retention in the legs. Certain body areas and pressure points are deliberately avoided to ensure the safety of mother and child. Many expectant mothers report that they can finally sleep restfully again after the massage. The treatment can be carried out until shortly before the due date.
Learn moreThe Children's Massage is carried out in a playful and caring way and is suitable for children from preschool age. It supports physical and emotional development, improves sleep and gives your child a sense of security. The sessions are shorter than for adults, typically 20-30 minutes, and are adapted to your child's age and needs. I use gentle, child-friendly techniques and skin-compatible oils without strong fragrances. The Children's Massage is particularly helpful for concentration difficulties, restlessness or growing pains. A parent is present throughout the entire treatment so your child feels safe. Many parents observe positive changes in sleep behaviour and overall balance in their child after regular sessions.
Learn moreThe Cupping Massage intensively activates circulation and releases even deep tension and trigger points. By applying special cupping glasses, a negative pressure is created that separates the tissue layers and increases local circulation many times over. This technique is particularly effective for chronic pain in the neck, shoulder and back area. The treatment can be booked as a standalone therapy or as a complement to classic massage. After the session, temporary round skin discolourations may appear, which fade completely within a few days. Many clients with long-standing pain conditions report significant and lasting improvement after a cupping massage series. I often combine the cupping technique with manual massage to achieve optimal results.
Learn moreThe Swedish Massage combines deep relaxation with therapeutic effect and is my speciality. Awarded 1st place at the Swiss Massage Championship 2026, I offer you the highest level of massage artistry here. This technique combines five basic strokes: Effleurage (stroking), Petrissage (kneading), Friction (rubbing), Tapotement (tapping) and Vibration. Each stroke is applied precisely and with great experience to achieve both relaxing and therapeutic effects. The Swedish Massage is suitable for almost everyone, whether you are seeking relaxation, pain relief or general health improvement. A typical session lasts 60 or 90 minutes and covers the entire body. If you are unsure which massage is right for you, the Swedish Massage is always an excellent choice.
Learn moreChoosing the right massage begins with an honest assessment of your current situation. Ask yourself: What is my main concern? Is it about relaxation, pain relief, athletic performance or aesthetic goals? If you are unsure, a short conversation via WhatsApp is often the best first step. I will ask you targeted questions about your complaints, your lifestyle and your expectations. Based on that, I recommend the appropriate massage type and the optimal treatment duration. Keep in mind that your needs may change over time. An athlete needs a different massage during the competition phase than during the recovery phase. Don't hesitate to try different massage types, because often only in practice does it become clear which technique works best for you.
Learn moreIn many cases, a combination of different massage techniques is the most effective approach. For example, with clients who have back pain and high stress levels, I often start with relaxing strokes from the Relaxation Massage before addressing the specific problem areas with deeper techniques from the Classic Massage. For athletes, I combine Sports Massage with cupping to release particularly stubborn tension. The Swedish Massage can also be excellently complemented with targeted anti-cellulite strokes if you want both relaxation and skin firming at the same time. In a personal consultation beforehand, we determine together which combinations make the most sense for your situation. The advantage of my mobile practice is that I can respond flexibly to your needs without being bound to a rigid treatment scheme. This way, you receive a tailored treatment every time.
