The relaxation massage is a timeout for body and mind. The session begins with a few quiet moments, I dim the lights on request and play gentle relaxation music. Then I work with long, flowing strokes and gentle pressure across the entire body. The rhythm is steady and meditative.

This massage is intentionally gentle, no deep pressure, no intense techniques. It's exclusively about relaxation and letting go. Many clients fall asleep during the treatment, this is expressly welcome. After the massage, you'll feel refreshed, centred, and inwardly calm. Muscle soreness does not occur with this type of massage.

I use aromatic massage oils with natural scents such as lavender, chamomile, or bergamot, according to your preference. For scent sensitivity, I work with neutral oil. The entire atmosphere is designed for maximum relaxation.

Relaxation massage uses exclusively gentle, flowing techniques and focuses on the overall experience (atmosphere, scents, music). Swedish massage follows a more structured protocol with specific techniques and can also use deeper pressure.
