The relaxation massage is a timeout for body and mind. The session begins with a few quiet moments, I dim the lights on request and play gentle relaxation music. Then I work with long, flowing strokes and gentle pressure across the entire body. The rhythm is steady and meditative.
This massage is intentionally gentle, no deep pressure, no intense techniques. It's exclusively about relaxation and letting go. Many clients fall asleep during the treatment, this is expressly welcome. After the massage, you'll feel refreshed, centred, and inwardly calm. Muscle soreness does not occur with this type of massage.
I use aromatic massage oils with natural scents such as lavender, chamomile, or bergamot, according to your preference. For scent sensitivity, I work with neutral oil. The entire atmosphere is designed for maximum relaxation.
The effect is immediately noticeable: stress reduction, mental calm, and a feeling of deep contentment. Regular sessions, weekly or every two weeks, can demonstrably lower stress hormones, regulate blood pressure, and permanently improve sleep quality.
For everyone who wants to reduce stress and find inner peace. Especially recommended after long work weeks, when at risk of burnout, for sleep disorders, or simply as a regular self-care ritual.

Give yourself time after the massage, don't schedule stressful appointments afterwards. Dim the lights and play soft music to enhance the atmosphere. Put your phone on silent and enjoy complete peace.
