Benefits of Classical Massage

  • Relieves muscle tension and spasms
  • Improves blood circulation and lymph flow
  • Promotes deep relaxation
  • Restores energy and vitality

What to Expect from a Session

The classical massage begins with gentle tissue warming through stroking movements. Gradually, I transition to deeper techniques, kneading, rubbing, and targeted pressure point work. Each muscle group is systematically treated: back, shoulders, neck, arms, and legs. I continuously adjust the intensity based on your feedback.

The treatment feels soothing and releasing. At particularly tense spots, you may feel brief, pleasant pressure pain, this is a sign that the tension is releasing. After the massage, you'll feel relaxed and more mobile. Mild muscle soreness the following day is normal with severe tension and subsides quickly.

I work with professional massage oils tailored to your skin type. When needed, I also use warming oils for particularly tense areas. All equipment, massage table, oils, fresh covers, I bring with me.

Many clients report noticeable relief from neck and back pain after just the first session. For chronic issues, the full effect becomes apparent after 3-4 regular sessions.

Who is Classical Massage for?

Suitable for almost everyone: from office workers with back pain to seniors with limited mobility. Particularly effective for general fatigue, tension headaches, and sleep problems.

How often should you get Classical Massage?

For prevention, I recommend one session every 2-3 weeks. For chronic issues, 1-2 sessions per week for 4-8 weeks is ideal. The frequency can then be reduced to monthly.

Before and after tips

Come relaxed, avoid stress and rushing before your session. Wear comfortable clothing. After the session: take it easy, drink water, and take a warm bath to enhance the effects.

  • Severe circulatory problems or uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • Advanced thrombosis or varicose veins

Frequently Asked Questions about Classical Massage

Who is classical massage best suited for? +
For practically everyone, from office workers with neck tension to seniors with limited mobility. It's the most versatile massage type and a perfect introduction for massage newcomers.
How often should I come? +
For prevention, one session every 2-3 weeks is sufficient. For acute issues, I recommend 1-2 sessions per week initially for 4-6 weeks, then monthly maintenance sessions.
What if I feel pain during the massage? +
Speak up immediately. Mild pressure pain at tense spots is normal, but strong pain should never occur. I adjust the intensity at any time based on your feedback.
Does classical massage help with headaches? +
Yes, especially tension headaches. Tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back muscles are common triggers. By releasing these tensions, the frequency and intensity of headaches can be significantly reduced.
Should I eat before the massage? +
Don't eat anything heavy for at least an hour before. A light snack is fine. Drink plenty of water before and especially after treatment.
What's the difference between 60 and 90 minutes? +
At 60 minutes, I focus on the main problem areas (back, neck, shoulders). At 90 minutes, all body areas can be thoroughly treated, ideal for a full-body relaxation.
