What to Expect from a Session

The anti-cellulite massage uses intensive, dynamic techniques that specifically target the deep tissue layers. I work with vigorous kneading, rolling, and suction movements that activate lymph flow and strongly stimulate circulation in the affected areas. Typical treatment zones are thighs, buttocks, abdomen, and upper arms.

The massage is more intense than a relaxation massage, you'll feel noticeable pressure and vigorous tissue work. This is intentional and necessary for the effect. The skin may be slightly reddened after treatment, which subsides within a few hours. Bruising is rare with proper technique.

I use special anti-cellulite oils with circulation-boosting ingredients. Additionally, I use cupping glasses when needed to enhance the effect. Between sessions, I recommend drinking plenty of water and light exercise.
