Guide
You have never had a mobile massage before? No problem - here you will learn step by step how everything works. From the first contact to aftercare, I guide you through the entire process so you feel comfortable from the start and know what to expect.
Simply send me a message via WhatsApp. We discuss your wishes, choose the appropriate massage and schedule an appointment that fits your timetable, including evenings and weekends. I am happy to answer all your questions about the treatment, contraindications or pricing. If you are not yet sure which massage is right for you, I advise you without obligation. Appointments can usually be arranged within a few days, often even at short notice. You will receive an appointment confirmation via WhatsApp and a reminder the day before. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, this is possible free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand.
You only need 2 large and 1 small towel plus a room of about 3x3 metres. I bring the rest: professional massage table, high-quality oils and relaxing music. The room should ideally be quiet, warm and well ventilated. A bedroom or living room is perfect for this. Set the room temperature to about 22-24 degrees so you don't get cold during the massage. If you prefer certain oils or scents, or have allergies, please let me know in advance. It is advisable not to eat a heavy meal 1-2 hours before the massage. A glass of water before the treatment helps your body respond optimally to the massage.
You don't need to prepare any special clothing for the massage. You can wear comfortable everyday clothes that you simply remove before the treatment. During the massage, most clients wear only underwear. You are always covered with towels, and only the body area currently being treated is uncovered. If you feel more comfortable, you can also keep on shorts or a top. Please avoid applying body lotion or perfume before the massage, as these can interfere with the effectiveness of the massage oils. Jewellery such as necklaces, watches or bracelets should be removed beforehand so the massage can flow without interruption.
I arrive 10-15 minutes before the appointment to set everything up. The professional massage table is ready in just a few minutes and is fitted with fresh covers. We briefly discuss your current complaints, wishes and any limitations. This preliminary conversation is important so I can tailor the treatment precisely to you. I ask about problem areas, pain sensitivity and whether there are areas that should be avoided. Information about pre-existing conditions, surgeries or pregnancy is also relevant for a safe treatment. Everything you share with me is treated with strict confidentiality.
Relax completely. The massage lasts 60 or 90 minutes. You can give feedback at any time - more or less pressure, emphasise or skip certain areas. During the treatment, only the body areas currently being massaged are uncovered. Everything else is draped with towels so you feel comfortable and protected at all times. I usually work with relaxing background music, which you can also have turned off if you prefer silence. You don't have to talk during the massage, but you are welcome to. Many clients even fall asleep, and that is a good sign. I continuously adjust the course of the treatment to your reactions.
Drink plenty of water and allow yourself to rest. Payment is conveniently made in cash or via TWINT. I pack everything up and leave your room just as I found it. Take at least 15-20 minutes after the massage before becoming active again. Your body needs a moment to process the effects of the treatment. Avoid intensive physical activity and hot baths on the same day. Drink plenty of water for the rest of the day to support the removal of released metabolic by-products. If you have questions or notice unusual sensations the next day, you can contact me anytime via WhatsApp.
In the 24-48 hours after your first massage, various reactions may occur that are completely normal. Mild muscle soreness, similar to after a workout, is especially possible after more intensive treatments. Some people feel particularly tired on the evening of the massage and sleep more deeply than usual. Others report a surge of energy the next morning. Increased urination may also occur, as the massage stimulates lymph flow and metabolic by-products are released. Therefore, drink especially plenty of water in the following days. Occasionally, existing pain may briefly intensify before a noticeable improvement occurs. If unusual or persistent complaints arise, contact me via WhatsApp. From the second or third session, your body already knows the treatment, and the after-effects become more pleasant while the positive effects grow stronger.
Many people wonder before their first massage: Does it hurt? With a Relaxation or Swedish Massage, the pressure is pleasant and relaxing. With therapeutic massages, a slight pulling sensation may occur, but it should never be uncomfortable. Another common question: Do I have to make conversation? No, you may close your eyes and switch off completely. Others ask whether massage is safe with certain health conditions. Generally, there are few contraindications - these include fever, acute inflammation and certain skin conditions. If you are unsure, we clarify this in the preliminary conversation. Some first-time visitors also worry about hygiene with a mobile massage. I always use fresh covers, disinfect my equipment after every treatment and wash my hands thoroughly. Your health and well-being always come first.
